1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the r555 platform — including the website at r555.plus and any associated mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of r555, whether you are browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in a promotion, placing a bet or making a withdrawal. They apply regardless of the device or method you use to access r555.

These terms are written in plain English to make them as clear as possible for Pakistani players. If anything is unclear, you are encouraged to contact r555 support before proceeding .

2Eligibility

To register and use r555, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing r555 on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an r555 employee.
• You must not have a previously suspended or closed r555 account.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3Your Account

Each person may hold only one registered account on r555. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent a restriction or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth and contact details. This information must match the details on your CNIC and on the JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
• r555 may request identity documents at any time to verify your account details.
• Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.
• Any balance in an account that is found to have been registered with false information may be forfeited.

Your r555 account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell or share access to your account with any other person.

4Deposits

r555 accepts deposits in PKR only. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant bank transfer
• Bank Transfer (selected Pakistani banks)

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. r555 does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. If a deposit is received from a third-party source, it will be returned and the account may be flagged for review.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method. r555 does not charge fees on deposits from its side; any charges you encounter are applied by your payment provider.

r555 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe it is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering or a violation of these terms.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from r555 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit, wherever possible. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically arrive within one to four hours of approval.
• Raast transfers can be near-instant once processed.
• Bank Transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on your bank.

Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process. You will be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC and, where applicable, confirmation that your payment account is registered in your own name. r555 does not deduct fees from withdrawal amounts — what you request is what gets sent.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are listed on the Withdrawal page. r555 reserves the right to carry out additional checks on large withdrawals as part of standard fraud prevention. These checks are conducted as quickly as possible and you will be informed if your withdrawal is being reviewed.

6Bonuses & Promotions

r555 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL special offers and cashback deals. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is live.

The following general bonus rules apply across all r555 promotions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are held separately from your real-money balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the wagering requirement is met can be withdrawn.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per payment account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• r555 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If a player is found to be exploiting bonus terms — including through coordinated play, arbitrage or multi-accounting — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity window stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7Gameplay Rules

All games available on r555 — including Slots, Fish Games, Bingo and sports betting markets — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. These rules take precedence in matters of specific game mechanics.

For sports betting, the following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted and settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g. the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and international cricket matches).
• r555 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, bets will be settled according to the rules stated in the specific market description.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary depending on the event and your account tier.
• r555 may limit or refuse bets from accounts showing patterns consistent with professional advantage play or betting arbitrage.

For all casino-style games, outcomes are determined by random number generation. r555 does not manipulate game outcomes. If a technical fault occurs mid-game, the round may be voided and your stake returned.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on r555. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Creating more than one account for any purpose, including claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using false, stolen or third-party identity documents during registration or verification.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds connected to illegal activity or money laundering.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Accessing r555 on behalf of another person, including acting as an agent for deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or disrupt the r555 platform in any way.
• Using abusive, threatening or offensive language toward r555 staff or other users.

9Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r555 login credentials — your username and password. Do not share these details with anyone. r555 staff will never ask you for your password through any channel.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact r555 support immediately so the account can be secured. r555 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites or apps.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Be cautious of phishing attempts — always verify you are on the correct r555.plus domain before entering your credentials.

10Suspension & Account Closure

r555 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is reason to believe these Terms and Conditions have been violated. The specific circumstances in which an account may be suspended or closed include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any item in the Prohibited Conduct section above.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Suspicious transaction patterns that trigger fraud or money laundering review.
• A request from a payment provider or banking institution in connection with a disputed transaction.

If your account is suspended, any pending withdrawals that were submitted before the suspension will be placed on hold pending review. If the suspension results from a verified breach of these terms, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting r555 support. Before closing your account, ensure any pending withdrawals have been processed. Balances in voluntarily closed accounts will be returned to your nominated payment method.

11Limitation of Liability

r555 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, r555 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• r555 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues or force majeure events beyond its control.
• r555 is not responsible for delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or any bank.
• Any liability of r555 to you, where it does exist, is limited to the amount of your account balance at the time the issue arose.

Gaming on r555 involves financial risk. By choosing to play, you accept that losses are a possible outcome and that r555 bears no responsibility for those losses as a result of normal gameplay.

12Privacy

r555 collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, identity verification and payment processing. How this data is collected, stored and used is described in full in the r555 Privacy Policy.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. r555 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification or where legally compelled.

13Responsible Gaming
